This page will be about my current projects involving my Space Wolves army.

Friday December 10th 2010- I’ve been working on painting up my thunderwolf cavalry. So far I have most of them base coated with Space Wolves grey. I decided to paint these guys first based on how often I use them in my army. I still have a ton to paint. I’ll be putting up a gallery of better pictures of my painted models in the future. The pictures on the site aren’t the great quality to be honest. The solution of course is a better camera.

I also want to talk about the new Dark Eldar codex. Games Workshop decided to increase the amount of poisoned weapons a Dark Eldar player has in his arsenal. When I say increased I mean, a ton! Their standard weapons are poisoned now. So be careful with your Thunderwolf cavalry. They get wounded a lot easier and may not be worth their points against masses of poisoned weapons. My first game against the Dark Eldar I barely got the win. I didn’t field my thunder wolves either. Just a basic army with enough heavy weapons to take down their transports and limit their mobility. This needs to be done otherwise their speedy transports will zip around laying waste to everything they come into contact with. Well that’s it for now. Take care and have a great weekend. Friday January 28th 2011- Well I just today added a header to the top of the page. It looks great and just improves the overall look of the site. I’m still active with painting and improving the site any way that I can. I will also eventually be replacing the horrible pictures in the painting guide section. I know, they look bad haha. I’ll be replacing them soon enough with pictures in much better resolution. I also plan to add a gallery page so you guys can see some of my models. I must also mention a highlight of a game I was playing again my friend with his Chaos Demons army. When you fight a Chaos Demons army watch out for Soul Grinders. Those things are beyond nasty. In the game we played it charged a unit of Swiftclaw bikers who lost 7 out of  9 models. Luckily one of the survivors had a power fist. Needless to say I got lucky and the guy with the power fist blew up the soulgrinder! Unfortunetly, the next turn the 2 remaining bikers were blown to smithereens. It was still a great game and the more my friend uses his Demon army the better he’ll get. Have a great weekend everyone!
